An executive with more than 25 years of experience in high-tech professional services and sales operations, Kauffmann has spent his career developing and implementing strategies, practices and organizational cultures around customer success. Prior to joining VeriStor in 2014, Kauffmann was Director of Professional Services at Softchoice, one of the largest IT solutions and managed services providers in North America. There, he led the company’s pre- and post-sales execution to new levels of service excellence and business success. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), Accounting and Business Management from Georgia State University.
